Caring for your Bathmate Pumps

Maintaining Your Bathmate Valve

To keep your Bathmate pump performing at its best, it’s important to maintain the valve that controls water expulsion.  Over time, everyday contaminants like soap or conditioner can build up and block the valve, reducing efficiency. Fortunately, cleaning or replacing the valve is quick and easy.  Below, you'll find simple maintenance tips, warranty information, and links to helpful instructional videos for different Bathmate models.

At the tip of the Bathmate pump is the valve through which the water is expelled.  With regular use, the valve can become blocked by contaminants in the water, such as soaps, shampoos, conditioners, etc which can impair the valve's operation.

The good news is that it’s a 2-minute fix.  Simply remove the valve and thoroughly rinse the pip and the valve pieces.  Let them air dry then pop back into the valve - good as new. A weekly clean will keep any blockages at bay.

Bathmate Penis Pumps are built to last, with powerful construction and a minimum 2-year warranty on every pump.  However, in rare instances, this part can wear out with regular use.  Please note that if you still have issues after cleaning the valve, you can purchase replacement valves.
