1. Orders & Shipping

 

Which shipping methods do you offer, and how long do deliveries take within Australia?

All orders are shipped using Australia Post's Parcel Post service. Orders shipped every Tuesday and Friday (with the exception of WA public holidays) from Perth, WA. Most orders are delivered within 2-7 working days of however please allow up to 14 working days to receive your order. For more details see our Shipping & Deliveries page.

 

What are the shipping rates, and is there free shipping for orders over a certain amount?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, there is a fixed low flat shipping fee of $8.50 per order, regardless of parcel size, weight or postal address.

 

2. Payments Accepted

 

What payment methods do you support?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also offer Afterpay for flexible, interest-free instalments.

 

3. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

 

What is your return or exchange policy?

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your product is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

 

How do I cancel or modify an order once it's been placed?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped, we’ll do our best to amend or cancel it. Once dispatched, we’re unable to make changes.

 

4. Privacy, Discretion & Packaging

 

Do you have discreet packaging?

Yes, all orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents within Australia. For international orders (outside of Australia), the parcel’s contents will be listed on the declaration form attached to the outside as this is and aviation and customs requirement.

 

How will my purchase appear on my credit card or bank statement?

Purchases will appear as ‘Espiria – Design It’.

 

How do you handle personal data and payment information?

We use secure, encrypted payment systems and never share your personal details with third parties. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

Should I choose a menstrual cup or menstrual disc?

Both are reusable period care options, but they suit different preferences. Menstrual cups sit lower in the vaginal canal and create a seal, making them great for everyday wear and active lifestyles. Menstrual discs sit higher, tucked behind the pubic bone, and can be worn for mess-free period sex.
