Collection: Dilators

Vaginal dilators are smooth, tube-shaped medical devices used to gently expand the vaginal canal. They come in a set of gradually increasing sizes and are typically made from silicone, plastic or rubber. They are useful to;

  • Increase vaginal elasticity or length after surgery, radiation, or trauma.
  • Treat vaginismus, a condition where the vaginal muscles involuntarily tighten.
  • Reduce pain or discomfort during sex, pelvic exams, or tampon use.
  • Support recovery after gender-affirming surgery (e.g., vaginoplasty).
  • Maintain vaginal openness in people who have experienced atrophy or narrowing due to menopause, chemotherapy, or radiation.
