Our Founder
Brenda Tootell is the founder of Espiria. With a career dedicated to designing products that meet user needs, she spent 15 years as a UX Designer and Usability Consultant before shifting her focus to product development. Over the next 12 years, she built and grew a reusable period care brand, deepening her understanding of pelvic health and its impact on sexual function and overall well-being. This experience inspired her to create Espiria - a brand committed to supporting menstruating people and those facing pelvic health challenges.

Our Name
Espiria is inspired by the Latin words "Spira" (to breathe) and ;"Inspirare" (to inspire). Our name espiria represents providing customers with a breath of inspiration, hope and renewed confidence in their pelvic health journey.
