Weighted pelvic floor trainers (also called kegel weights, kegel balls, ben wa balls or vaginal weights) are small, round, egg or cone shaped devices that are inserted into the vagina. They weight provide resistance, prompting the pelvic floor muscles to contract to keep it in place which strengthens the pelvic floor muscles over time.
