Shipping information

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days.

Shipping Days: Orders are shipped every Tuesday and Friday (with the exception of WA public holidays) from Perth Western Australia. Orders received prior to 9am AWST on these days will be shipped on the same day. 

Order Addresses: Orders are sent to the delivery address submitted with your order. Please ensure this address is correct or shipping charges for the return of the parcel and re-sending the parcel will be charged to you.

Postal Provider: Orders are shipped using Australia Posts Parcel Post service.

Order Tracking: All orders are assigned a tracking ID. Your parcel can be tracked to the point of delivery in Australia.

Discreet packaging: Orders are shipped in plain packaging however it is an aviation and customs requirement for parcels being sent overseas (outside of Australia) to have an accurate declaration of the goods. The items contained in the parcel will be displayed on the outside of the parcel on the declaration form for international shipments.

Postal costs and estimated delivery times

Australia

Orders of $75 or more receive free shipping within Australia.

Orders under $75 are charged a flat shipping fee of $8.50 per order, regardless of parcel size, weight or postal address.

Most orders are delivered within 2-7 working days of being shipped however this can take longer. Please allow up to 14 working days to receive your order.

International

We send parcels internationally using Australia Post Standard International shipping. Delivery overseas can be 6-27 business days. The cost of postage is calculated at checkout based on the parcel weight.

USA: Due to extended formal clearance processes and tariffs of up to 145%, we regret we have suspended our shipping to the USA. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

 We deliver using Australia Post to the the following countries;

Please note whilst we ship in discreet packaging, it is a customs requirement to have an accurate description of the goods visible on parcels being sent overseas.

Liability

Incorrect address: If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address being supplied, the customer will be liable to pay the postage costs for re-shipping the parcel.

Incorrect items sent: From time to time packing errors may occur. Should you receive an incorrect order, please email us with your order number and a list of the items you have received. We may ask you to send a photo of the packing slip and items and will send you a rely-paid satchel for the return of incorrect items. We will arrange for the correct items to be sent to you or provide you with a refund if they are no longer available.

Missing, lost or damaged orders: We do not accept liability for loss or damage as a result of late delivery or for loss or damage arising from items that may have been lost, stolen, damaged after goods have been delivered.

 

Returns & Refunds

Exchanges & Refunds

Please choose personal care and intimate products carefully as sales on these items are final.

For hygiene reasons, no refunds, exchanges or returns are permitted on sanitary products (menstrual cups and discs, sponges, pads, period underwear, sterilisers), pelvic floor exercises and weights, sex toys, lubricants and cleaning products.

Returns, refunds or exchanges are not permitted if; a purchasing error has been made, you have changed your mind, you purchased the wrong size or do not like the design features of the product.

As the health and wellbeing of our customers is our priority, returns will not be permitted regardless of the claim the product may not have been used or is still in the original packaging.

Faulty Goods

You are eligible for a replacement (or refund if a like product is not available) if the item you received has a manufacturing fault or defect.

All replacements must be pre-approved prior to returning the goods.

Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your goods by emailing espiriaaustralia@gmail.com along with a photo of the manufacture fault and your order number. 

If approved, you may be asked to return the faulty product to us or the original manufacturer to be assessed.

If a replacement is not available you will be offered a refund or a replacement with a similar product of equal or greater value.

Please allow up to 7 working days for the exchange to be processed once we receive it.
