Sponge Tampons

Menstrual sponges are absorbent sponges used during menstruation to absorb menstrual fluid. They come in two types: natural sea sponges and synthetic sponges.  Natural sponges are biodegradable and made from marine life, while synthetic sponges are man-made, often from materials like polyurethane.
