Sizes

The High Cervix Hello Cup is available in three sizes. 

• Small:  Recommended for teenagers, petite users or those who prefer a ‘mini’ tampon. This is Hello Cups smallest, softest cup. The small high cervix cup has a capacity of 19.5ml and measures 38 mm in diameter × 67 mm in length.
  
• Medium: Recommended for people under 35 – regardless of whether you have had children or not. This is Hello's ‘one size fits most’ menstrual cup for people with a high cervix. The medium high cervix cup has a capacity of 25ml and measures 41 mm in diameter × 71 mm in length. 
• Large: Recommended for those over 35 who have a high cervix but feel they have lost some pelvic floor tone. The large high cervix cup has a capacity of 34ml and measures 45mm in diameter x 78mm in length.

Cleaning

Once your period has finished, it is recommended that you sterilise your Hello Cup either by using sterilisation tablets or giving it a quick boil on the stove (just don’t let the bottom touch the bottom of the pan!)
